Your messages are stored on the device at the other end — not on Hablexo's servers.
What you send goes to the device at the other end, where it is translated and shown to everyone else here. It is kept there for a short time — 7 days by default — and whoever is running it can delete it at any point. If you set a chat name, it is stored with your messages. Captions and messages are machine translations, so they will not always be exact.
